1. What Yaari does
Yaari lets you chat and talk by voice with AI characters for fun, and play prank audio clips. Chat replies and voice calls are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). No account or sign-in is needed; you only enter a display name and, optionally, a city.
2. Information we collect

We do not collect your phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, call logs or SMS.
3. Permissions

4. Third parties
- Google Gemini API — generates AI chat replies and voice-call audio. Messages and call audio are processed by Google under the Gemini API terms, which may include using data to improve Google's services.
- Google AdMob — shows ads. See how Google uses data from apps and the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Our hosting provider runs our server for us.
We do not sell your personal information. Please don't share sensitive personal details in chats.
5. Security
Data between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. The Gemini API key stays on our server and is never sent to your phone. The admin dashboard is password-protected.
6. Retention
Statistics are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. We do not keep chat messages or call audio on our server after the reply is generated (except AI text you choose to report, kept up to 12 months). Chats, call history and favourites on your phone are removed when you log out in the app, clear app data or uninstall.
7. Your rights and deleting your data
Email supra.mann67@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Yaari data" and the display name you used. We delete the related statistics within 30 days. You can also use Profile → Logout in the app to wipe everything on your phone.
8. Children
Yaari is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed at children. AI characters end conversations with users who say they are under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete related data.
9. Respectful use
The AI characters refuse sexual content and leave or block abusive users. You can report any AI reply (long-press it, or chat menu → Report AI content) or call (flag button); we review every report. Prank audios are for harmless fun with friends — always tell them it was a prank.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
